Distress Liquid Tinsel features vintage-inspired metallic glitter suspended in a translucent adhesive base for mess-free sparkle and texture. Apply with a small paintbrush directly to the surface. As it dries, the clear adhesive shrinks, leaving behind a textured glitter finish.
