Spellbinders Pressed Posies BetterPress Class (In-Person!)

If you've purchased your Pressed Posies kit and want some company (and helpful tips and tricks), join us for an in-person version of the class! This class will be free to join, but you MUST purchase and bring your own class kit.

We will be showing the Spellbinders class recording from January 12th.

Please bring your BetterPress along with all items on the student supply list (included below).

What do students need for the class?

MACHINES:

Manual Die Cutting Machine w/ 6” platform (you may use the die cutting machines in our classroom or bring your own from home), BetterPress System, Spoon for melting wax, kettle or other heat source for wax sealing (Spellbinders wax seal kit is recommended). **Bonus project will feature Glimmer Hot FoilSystem and Gold Foil.

TOOLS:

Blending brush for ink blending, No. 5 Paintbrush, (Yasutomo) or medium round brush, Paper Trimmer (you may use our classroom trimmer).

INKS:

BetterPress Ink Nature Tones BPI-002, Desert Sunset BPI-013, Peach, Coral, Brick blending ink (sample used Distress Oxide Dried Marigold, Ripe Persimmon and Fired Brick).

MEDIUMS:

Yasutomo Pale Gold Watercolor (WC216-58 included in Gold Sparkle Add-On Kit), Gold Metallic DecoColor Marker (included in kit), **Bonus project will feature general watercolor palette (sample used Niji Aquarelle 36,Yasutomo NWC36).

WAX:

Assorted Wax Beads (Kit includes Must Have Wax Bead Mix, Coral WS-117).

PAPER:

BetterPress Cotton Panels A2 Porcelain, BPC-002 (Kit includes 5 panels).

ADHESIVES:

Basic tape runner, foam adhesive, wet glue.
